I was pleased. It was sent as described. The product was sent in a timely fashion. The projector screen and stand worked fine.
Can't recommend this product enough. Portable. Opens up to HUGE wide screen (easily) and then you can close it by just pushing in the sides. This Duet Screen is fantastic. Great price for what you get. Telescoping design. I was surprised at how easy it was to put together, and even easier to take down. Gorgeous look/high quality materials.
Besides the little sag, there's a design issue with the tripod legs pointing too far "inward" in the folded up position which makes them jam (you have to pull the legs out by their bottom ends rather than just quickly sliding the top part they're attached to, which is how good photo tripods etc work). This screen is really nice, especially the portability aspect is really cool. It feels like it's about to fall on top of you. The weight of the screen pulls the balance forward and makes it very awkward to adjust the screen's position and angle. It's quick to set up or dismantle. I'm only docking a point for some minor problems.
That said, definitely a great addition to portable skatepark program. Improvements would be adjustable heights and stronger locking system for normal and wide screen viewing. [.]. Great product. Easy to setup and takedown, facilitates great movie and gaming views.
Depending on the care you take when setting the screen down before and after use, and the areas you're using the screen, the case (and screen borders) may get scuffed and marred, which could effect the overall impression of the presentation. My only concern is for the upkeep of the case and the presentation value of the screen itself over time. As you can see, the screen collapses into its own frame, so that the boarders of the screen when opened are the portion of the case that rest on the ground when collapsed. The Duet is awesome and ingenious in its design. This could be easily remedied with a slip over case (not sure where to buy), which defeats the purpose of the portable design in some ways but would add to the longevity of the case. It fits easily in a car, is easy to set up and is well built. It's a great middle ground between the ultra portable (and small) screens and the larger, bulkier options. The horizontally collapsing screen makes if very easy to adjust for the size of the projection as you can do it from the front and don't need to work yourself in behind the screen, which is super inconvenient if it's up against a wall.
